Slowdown Studio Alma Throw

The Alma Throw was designed by Enikő Katalin Eged, a Budapest-based artist whose work draws on folklore, nature, and the bonds between humans and animals. The design came from a recurring motif in her practice - a horse and a human portrait side by side - and was inspired by the relationship she was building with her new mare at the time. The result is a richly coloured night scene: a woman and her horse face to face beneath a dotted sky, with golden stars, a crescent moon, and folkloric florals in deep black, burnt orange, cobalt blue, and golden yellow.

Jacquard woven from high-quality cotton (at least 25% recycled cotton), the Alma Throw is lightweight, textured, and built to last. Use it as a couch blanket, a bed blanket, a wall art tapestry, or wherever you need a little colour or personality.
