At Cloverstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt)
To start a return, please contact us at hello@cloverstore.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or exchange where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Vintage, Antique & Preloved Items
Due to the unique nature of our vintage, antique, and preloved products, all sales of these items are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or is significantly different from its description.
Many of our products are one-of-a-kind and may show signs of age, wear, or previous use. We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe each item, including any notable imperfections.
We strongly encourage customers to:
- Review all product photos carefully before purchasing.
- Read the full product description and condition notes.

By purchasing a vintage, antique, or preloved item, you acknowledge and accept the item's condition as described and understand that these items are excluded from our standard returns policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, colour, or item, we recommend returning your original purchase for a refund and placing a new order through our Shopify store.
This ensures you receive the item you want as quickly as possible and avoids stock availability issues.
